Our online booking system is designed so any resident can reserve a facility in under 30 seconds — with automatic conflict checking and instant confirmation.
Log In
Sign in to the resident portal using your registered mobile number or email. Access is instant and secure.
Check Availability
View the real-time calendar for any amenity. Blocked or booked slots are shown instantly — no double bookings possible.
Pay & Confirm
Pay the hourly charge (if any) and security deposit via UPI, card, or net banking. Instant receipt is generated.
Enjoy the Facility
Show the booking confirmation at the gate or facility desk. The deposit is auto-refunded after use, subject to rules.
Booking Policies
Clear, transparent rules
Simple policies that protect both residents and the society's facilities. Every rule is visible on the booking page before you pay.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the slot
- 50% refund if cancelled 12–24 hours before
- No refund within 12 hours of the slot
- Security deposit is always refunded
Timing & Usage
- Standard hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Late exit incurs a small hourly penalty
- Maximum 2 bookings per flat per week
- Facility must be left clean and undamaged
Conduct & Rules
- Society ID required at facility entry
- Guests must be accompanied by a resident
- No smoking, alcohol, or loud music
- Report damage immediately to the committee
